Can every LAVRIA jewelry piece be engraved?
No. Personalization will be available only on selected designs where the piece allows it.
Can I engrave anything I want?
Available text length and personalization options will depend on the individual piece.
Does personalization take additional time?
Personalized pieces may require additional processing time. The applicable timeframe will be displayed before ordering once the service becomes available.
Can personalized jewelry be returned?
Personalized-piece return eligibility will be governed by the LAVRIA Returns & Exchanges policy and the terms shown before purchase.
